Visiting from out of town and saw this place with great reviews so I thought I’d come and check it out. However, upon entry, the hostess is incredibly rude and tells us that we can order but we can’t stay an hour because they’re about to close. We can appreciate the information, but the attitude was unnecessary, Including the “or not” comment as we left. This after we decide to leave because of her incredibly negative attitude. That’s how businesses collapse.

First time trying and as A truck driver I really appreciate a food company who actually COOKS their food. I got the French toast and thought I made em. Mos def well be back

I've been here multiple times & usually I have a great experience. The most recent time I've gone it was right when they opened. The door was unlocked but the lights were only on in the kitchen. When I went inside (reluctantly because why is it dark!?) The cook came out & said "we don't have a server yet but you can have a seat & wait until they get here" I thought it was so strange. Why are y'all open with no server? I'm a person who's been in the industry for 15+ years so I'm very understanding but that was just so weird to me. I haven't been back since. But, as I stated previously, it's usually a great time when I go! The food is great & the service usually is too. I get it was super early & people run late occasionally but I definitely wasn't going to sit & wait until they decided to show up when I was short on time to begin with.

Classic American diner with really nice hearty breakfasts. Large portions and good quality food. Had breakfast burritos, champions breakfast, pancakes and biscuits and gravy. Good service, coffee refills. Would visit again and would recommend if you’d like an American breakfast

Nina's is exactly what I would expect for a breakfast and lunch place regarding the atmosphere. What makes this location stand out is the spectacular customer service, reasonable prices, and high-quality food! I have several food allergies including gluten and soy. This is one of very few restaurants I can eat at and not get sick. Even with all of those great attributes, the only reason I go to Nina's is because of the bus boy. He is always so friendly and happy to see me. He knows my name, and I feel so much joy when I interact with him. It's always a blessing to spend time at Nina's Cafe.
